Trackloop is a comprehensive order management platform designed to streamline your entire operation from order creation to delivery. It includes features for customer management, production tracking, QuickBooks integration, analytics, and real-time notifications.
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account, complete your profile, and you can start creating orders immediately. We offer a guided onboarding process to help you set up your workspace, import customers, and configure your production workflow.
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore Trackloop's features before committing to a subscription. No credit card required to start your trial.
We offer three plans: Trackloop Pro (starting at $29/user/month) for production tracking only, Trackloop Premium (starting at $79/user/month) for complete order-to-invoice workflow with QuickBooks integration, and Trackloop Elite (custom pricing) for enterprise features including API access and SSO. Pricing scales based on the number of users in your organization. Annual billing is available with discounts.

Yes! You can sync your customer data directly from QuickBooks. Our integration automatically imports your existing customers and keeps them synchronized.
Security & Privacy
Security is our top priority. We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, regular security audits, access controls, and secure data centers with physical security measures. We also maintain regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Only you and authorized users in your organization have access to your data. We never sell your information to third parties. Our staff has limited access only when necessary for technical support, and all access is logged and audited.
Your data is stored in secure, enterprise-grade data centers with redundancy and backup systems. We use industry-leading infrastructure providers to ensure high availability and data protection.
Billing & Payment
Billing is handled through Stripe, a secure payment processor. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the number of users in your organization. You'll receive an invoice for each billing period, and payments are automatically charged to your card on file.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable, but if you experience technical issues or were charged in error, please contact us at support@trackloop.ca within 30 days and we'll work with you to resolve the situation fairly.
Yes! You can change your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. We'll prorate charges when appropriate. You can also add or remove users as your team grows or changes.

We offer email support at support@trackloop.ca for all customers. We also provide comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and in-app help resources to help you get the most out of Trackloop.

Trackloop is a web-based platform that works on any device with a modern browser. While we don't currently have native mobile apps, our responsive design ensures a great experience on smartphones and tablets.
Integrations
Trackloop currently integrates with QuickBooks for accounting, Stripe for payments, and various other business tools. We're constantly adding new integrations based on customer feedback.
While we make every effort to maintain integrations, third-party platforms can change their APIs or terms without notice. If an integration issue occurs, we'll work to restore functionality as quickly as possible and communicate any service disruptions to affected users.
